Arwa is the Chief Executive Officer of Green Grass Nurseries; she has been working at GGN for 12 years. She completed her French literature from Damascus University and has a Cache 3Diploam of teaching and a Cache five diploma in leadership and management.

Arwa is in the process of completing her Master of business administration from Hult University this year.

She believes that language acquisition is one of the more remarkable achievements of early childhood. In 2022, I was delighted to introduce the first fully bilingual programme from the early years with a great emphasis on the Arabic language.

Arwa’s goal is to provide a high-quality educational experience that fosters a love for learning in young children. She has been passionate about creating a fully bilingual setting from an early age and has worked to achieve this by opening the first fully bilingual nursery in the area. Additionally, she committed to improving academic outcomes in both languages English and Arabic, while also focusing on developing better communication between parents and teachers through transparency and engagement.

She started working as a nursery teacher and then a nursery supervisor for six years; the operation manager and CEO of the setting .from that moment, I became hooked! Fourteen years on, and she is still fascinated by these little people who, with one smile, can instantly brighten up my day.
